About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and organized Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them from initial onboarding through long-term portfolio development. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships, navigating compliance processes, and driving business growth through strategic upselling and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and guide them in their decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to specific client needs.
  • Assist with challenging client requests, managing delegations and escalations as needed to ensure swift resolutions.

Business Growth & Portfolio Development

  • Drive the overall development and scaling of the client portfolio.
  • Reach out to existing clients daily for retention and potential upsell purposes.
  • Proactively expand business with existing clients and identify areas for process or service improvement.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Configure business cases and confirm integration flows for new and existing clients.
  • Collect, review, and prepare necessary KYC/AML documents for the Compliance department's review.

Operations & Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to facilitate the seamless fulfillment of client needs.
  • Prepare clear and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Self-Starter: You have the ability to operate independently on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision.
  • Highly Organized: You excel at handling multiple parallel tasks and priorities at once, switching between them efficiently without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong Communicator: You are comfortable negotiating, presenting solutions, and collaborating across different teams.
  • Process-Oriented: You have a solid understanding of business integrations and compliance requirements (KYC/AML).
