Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

The Asset Oversight Analyst is responsible to review the eligibility of the financial instruments underlying our insurance contract and ensure external asset managers are respecting the investment rules defined by our regulator.

Your responsibilities will be as follows

  • Making sure regulatory requirements set by our regulators (the Commissariat Aux Assurance) are respected;
  • Analysing new portfolio in accordance with home and host country regulations;
  • Reviewing contractual documentation: investment profile, investment strategy and indemnity letters;
  • Performing suitability check between client risk profile and the selected strategy;
  • Making sure we comply with European regulations linked to investments (e.g. PRIIPS, EMIR, MAR, Sanctions, Major Shareholding Notifications, etc.);
  • Providing monthly and quarterly reporting to partners, clients & other departments on regulatory and investment strategy breaches;
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up and implementation of mitigation actions with external asset managers;
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from Sales and Client services regarding investment compliance and monitoring tasks.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Asset Oversight Analyst?

  • Master degree in Finance, Economics or similar field;
  • Relevant experience in the field of Investment Compliance would be highly appreciated;
  • Good knowledge on investment instruments and financial environment;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills – team collaboration;
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, with a proactive and committed working style;
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workloads;
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and analytical way;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to quickly integrate new concepts, procedures, modifications in the organisation or methodologies;
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point);
  • Fluent in English.
