Product Owner

Product Owner - Online Marketplace - Thessaloniki

We're looking for a Product Owner to drive planning and delivery for our online marketplace, turning agreed priorities into shipped value, in close collaboration with stakeholders and the engineering team.

As Product Owner, you'll own the backlog, support prioritization and scope alignment, and ensure initiatives move forward smoothly in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Own the product backlog - structure, refinement, and readiness for development
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support prioritization and turn agreed priorities into sprint planning and execution with the engineering team
• Coordinate across stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and expectations
• Track progress and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Help improve delivery processes and team coordination

What we're looking for

• Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Confident working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or GitLab
• Excellent written and spoken English
