We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Driver and Storeperson to support our NSW team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate flow of stock and materials, delivering goods to project sites, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, allocate and dispatch goods using ERP systems, ensuring accurate inventory control, asset tracking and warehouse documentation.
- Support warehouse operations including stock management, returns processing, stocktakes, equipment preparation, labelling, packaging and quality assurance activities.
- Assist with project staging, pre-configuration, workshop assembly, testing and logistics activities to support efficient project delivery.
- Safely transport materials and equipment between company locations, project sites and suppliers as required.
- Provide operational support to project, installation and service teams, including occasional on-site assistance when required.
- Maintain a safe, organised and professional warehouse, workshop and showroom environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and support broader business operations and logistics initiatives as directed.
Key Experience & Capabilities
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management or a similar operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and confidence using computer systems, with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to support warehouse, logistics, staging and project delivery activities, including basic assembly and equipment preparation tasks.
- A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to assist across multiple business functions.
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment in accordance with manual handling practices.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required.
- A Forklift Licence is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on operational role that primarily supports warehouse and logistics activities. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work across staging, build room preparation, project support and general business operations, providing a varied role and exposure to the delivery of leading workplace technology solutions.
