Compensation: $21.00 - 29.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring for all Moida store locations, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
• Implement employee onboarding/offboarding processes such as new hire orientation, background checks, and job changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state regulations and maintain accurate personnel files for employees across different locations.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and assist management with employee engagement, performance issues, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or multi-unit environment
• Understanding of employment laws (NJ and surrounding states)
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors.
