Partner Experience Coordinator

The Partner Experience Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to our reseller partners by proactively engaging with them via phone, email, and chat. This role focuses on providing timely updates on order status across our portfolio of innovative technology solutions, ensuring partners remain well-informed at every stage of the process.

The Partner Experience Coordinator is responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, while continuously keeping partners up to date to support a seamless and positive partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound phone enquiries relating to sales orders
• Provide operational support processing sales orders and associated vendor purchase orders within defined SLAs
• Manage and action requests through the Wavelink ticketing system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order status and notes within internal systems
• Ensure partner portal leads and order updates are consistently maintained
• Attend and actively participate in team and sales meetings (weekly, monthly)
• Share relevant product updates and promotional information with resellers
• Produce reports as required to support the sales function

About You

• Previous experience in order processing or a similar role (highly regarded but not essential)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A collaborative team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Competency in Microsoft Excel
