Inspired Closets Rhode Island is looking for a high-performing Sales & Design Consultant to pioneer our brand in CT and parts of RI. This is a "hunter" role for a sales professional who uses design as their primary tool to solve problems and close deals.

Compensation & Perks

  • On Target Earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+
  • Pay Structure: $55,000 annual draw against a highly competitive, uncapped commission

The Role

  • Consult & Close: Conduct in-home consultations to design and sell high-end custom storage solutions
  • Build Your Pipeline: Manage company-provided leads while proactively networking to grow your territory
  • Full Cycle Sales: Own the process from the first design sketch to the final contract signing
  • Be the Expert: Stay ahead of design trends and educate homeowners on our premium product line

Qualifications

  • In-Home Sales Experience: Required
  • Sales Background: 2–5 years of outside sales experience (proven track record of hitting quotas)
  • Design Savvy: A passion for organization and aesthetics (design software experience is a plus)
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable self-sourcing leads
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
