SERVPRO Team Marchese is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration and reconstruction projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading crews, and take pride in delivering quality results, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site restoration projects from start to finish
• Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors safely and efficiently
• Ensure top-quality workmanship and excellent client satisfaction
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and team members
• Track timelines, budgets, and resources

Qualifications

• Restoration or construction experience (water, fire, mold mitigation a plus)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Xactimate &/or DryBook experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/overnight
