The Role

As a Contract & Compliance Officer(Dutch Speaking) , you'll help build the structure that keeps GoSpooky moving fast as we continue to grow. With dozens of creator, talent and client contracts running through the business every month, you'll take ownership of the processes behind them, making sure everything is organised, scalable and set up to support our next stage of growth.

You'll bring clarity where things are still evolving, creating smart ways of working that make contract management and compliance part of how we operate, not something that slows us down. From GDPR and ISO processes to contract governance and risk management, you'll ensure the foundations are in place so our teams can focus on doing great work.

You'll work closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Talent, Client Services and Leadership, acting as the go-to person for contract and compliance-related topics and partnering with external legal experts when needed.

What you’ll do

• Own and optimize end-to-end contract management processes for creators, talent, partners and clients.
• Build and maintain a central contract library, including templates, standards and documentation.
• Coordinate contract reviews, negotiations and redlining processes while identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for legal operational matters and manage relationships with external legal advisors.
• Take ownership of GDPR compliance, privacy governance and related internal processes.
• Manage ISO compliance activities, including documentation, audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, controls and reporting structures that support business growth and reduce operational dependencies.

What we’re looking for

• HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, compliance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy-related legislation and processes.
• Experience with ISO certifications, quality management systems or audit processes is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
