Job description

THE POSITION: Junior Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Junior Human Resources Executive to join our HR Team. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure—while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and maintaining a high level of professionalism—is crucial to this role.

Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, in this role you will act as the HR Business Partner to our country teams, taking ownership of talent acquisition, talent management, and the administration of compensation and benefits. Additionally, you will participate in exciting, group-wide HR initiatives and activities led by the HR team that span policy/procedures review, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, employer branding, and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be responsible for all HR related matters for Thailand (including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration and training)
  • Support HR related matters for up to 2 other countries.
  • Maintain regional HRIS & manage HR files and documentation with a focus on ensuring compliance, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Participate in roll out and management of group wide HR initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience across various HR areas, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation/Benefits. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Hands-on experience using MS Office, databases, and HRIS (knowledge of BambooHR will be an advantage).
  • Strong passion for and practical skills in leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) to innovate, automate, and optimize day-to-day HR workflows.
  • Outstanding coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-conscious and a focused problem solver.
  • Eager to learn and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments in human resources.
  • Thai native with good English communication skills.
