  • Follow up on sampling, approvals, and production readiness.
  • Identify potential production risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Technical teams to meet buyer requirements.
  • Communicate production status clearly and regularly with buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure shipment readiness and timely handover to logistics and commercial teams.
  • Maintain accurate production trackers and reports.
  • Support and guide junior merchandisers as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of experience in production merchandising within export-oriented garments.

  • Candidates with prior experience handling UK buyer accounts will be given preference.
  • Strong understanding of garment production processes and timelines.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and production tracking systems.

Why Join NITEX?

  • Join a mission-driven company transforming sustainable fashion.
  • Work within a global environment alongside multicultural teams.
  • Experience a flat organizational structure where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • Gain practical exposure to product innovation and lifecycle management.
  • Clear professional growth path in a rapidly scaling startup.
