The Opportunity
This is the first dedicated Product Marketing Manager hire across both brands. We have a seasoned marketing and product leadership team with deep B2B SaaS experience, strong brand equity, and active GTM motion. What this role calls for is someone who can step into an already-moving machine and immediately amplify the product story across both platforms: sharpen the messaging, arm the sales team, accelerate feature adoption, and help customers understand why what we build matters to the growth and efficiency of their practice.

You will own positioning and messaging for two category-leading platforms across a combined addressable market of tens of thousands of independent and integrated healthcare practices. That means deep partnership with product, sales, and customer success, with a direct line to the VP of Marketing and Chief Product Officer.
You are walking into active GTM. AI-powered features are launching. A CRM infrastructure is being built. AEO and LLM search visibility are being tracked as pipeline signals, not vanity metrics. The team moves fast and thinks big.
You will also be expected to move fast, and use AI to do it. This team is building toward an AI-agentified marketing function. If you are energized by what AI-enabled PMM work can look like at scale, you will have the runway to show us.
What You Will Own
- Positioning and messaging for Cerbo and OptiMantra, across verticals, buyer personas, and competitive context
- Sales enablement: battlecards, one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling, and feature release kits that actually get used
- Feature and product launch GTM: from release notes to full campaign briefs, working hand-in-hand with product and CS
- Customer marketing enablement: supporting expansion motion, onboarding adoption, and case study development alongside the CS team
- Content infrastructure that scales: working with the broader marketing team to build assets that serve demand gen, AEO/GEO, and brand
- Competitive intelligence: owning an always-current view of how Cerbo and OptiMantra win, and how to talk about it
- New feature and AI product launches as an ongoing priority: you own the GTM narrative for what we ship
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare SaaS. You do not need to have been a clinician, but you need to understand how an EHR buying decision gets made, what providers care about, and how practice operations actually work.
- Strong positioning and messaging instincts. You write clearly, think in customer language, and know the difference between a feature and a benefit
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement: you have built materials that reps actually use and can tell us why they worked
- Familiarity with EHR or practice management platforms: you do not need to be an expert, but you need to come in curious and get fluent fast
- AI-native in how you work: you use AI tools to move faster, produce better first drafts, derive better insights, and scale your output, not as a novelty but as a habit
- Comfortable operating inside a defined function, not looking to build the strategy from scratch, but ready to execute it with excellence and improve it over time
- Product Marketing Alliance certification (nice to have)
The Team You Are Joining
You will not be dropped into an ambiguous environment. Cerbo and OptiMantra have a VP of Marketing with a track record of scaling B2B SaaS demand gen and brand, a Chief Product Officer driving a clear product vision, and a sales and CS leadership team with deep experience in healthcare software growth.
The marketing function has established brand standards, a campaign infrastructure, CRM tooling being actively built out, and a leadership team that thinks in full-funnel. You will have real direction, real resources, and real collaboration, plus the autonomy to own your scope and grow into it.
This is not a generalist role in disguise. We are looking for a skilled PMM who wants to do the craft at a high level, with a team and a product set that makes the work worth doing.
