First Intuition is one of the UK’s leading accountancy training providers, delivering professional qualifications across ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT and apprenticeship programmes. With regional training centres across the UK, over 500 employees, and a reputation for exceptional pass rates and student satisfaction, we partner with leading accountancy firms including Big 4, mid-tier practices, and corporate finance teams to develop the next generation of finance professionals.
To support our continued growth, we're looking to appoint a new Marketing Manager to act as our primary marketing business partner for our Online, AAT Distance Learning, ICAEW Online and CIMA Online programmes. Responsible for translating central strategy into tailored regional marketing plans, you'll ensure high quality online activation, campaign strategy, build and delivery, and measurable performance outcomes.
The Role
- Campaign Deployment
- You'll develop and deliver digital and multichannel campaigns, including adapting national campaigns for online learning audiences using market insight, competitor intelligence and sales needs to support online learner enrolments. You'll ensure brand consistency to ensure First Intuition's voice shines through, regardless of audience.
- Strategic Planning
- Working with priority stakeholders, you'll develop an improved and cohesive learner and client experience, really making our Online qualification environment shine. You'll also support the strategic development of the website to drive engagement with our Online Learning offering.
- Stakeholder Partnering
- You'll be a true business partner to the wider business when it comes to online marketing. You'll work with stakeholders at all levels to influence and advise on commercial planning, pipeline priorities and go to market activities.
- Campaign Management
- You'll deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, outreach and partnerships, working closely with central teams to ensure execution quality, targeting and optimisation, all whilst ensuring budgets are managed to ensure effective investment.
- Performance and Reporting
- You'll be an expert at providing narrative and context to marketing data and be able to make sound recommendations based on the story the data tells. You'll also be responsible for monitoring competitor activity across online qualifications to ensure we can stay ahead of the curve.

- Knowledge and experience of training providers or accountancy is desirable, but not essential.
