Operations Intern

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 21 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

We are currently looking for an Operations Intern to join our Operations Team in Madrid.

What will you help us with?

• Support the management and follow-up of purchase orders, ensuring proper tracking and coordination with suppliers.
• Assist in the review and follow-up of invoices and payments, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
• Support tasks related to SAP, including data entry, tracking of orders and documentation management.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of remittances and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with different teams within Operations (Construction, O&M, etc.) to gather and organize information.
• Help maintain organized documentation and ensure proper filing of operational records.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the team.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing a degree or vocational training (FP) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Full command of English.
• Domain of the office package.
• Experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
