Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer with 5–7 years of legal practice to lead our litigation practice and supervise a team of lawyers in Tirana. The successful candidate will manage complex litigation cases, provide strategic counsel, and represent clients in disputes with precision and professionalism. Perfect English proficiency is essential for drafting legal documents and handling cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation cases, including commercial, corporate, and employment disputes, in courts and arbitration proceedings.
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior lawyers, overseeing case strategies, workload allocation, and professional development.
• Draft and review legal documents (e.g., pleadings, contracts, compliance forms).
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings, ensuring robust advocacy.
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for litigation-related matters, including renewable energy and corporate transactions.
• Advise clients on compliance with employment and data protection regulations relevant to their operations.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognized university; admission to a bar association is required.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial, corporate, or employment disputes.
• Perfect proficiency in English (written and spoken), with experience drafting legal pleadings and opinions in English.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience supervising or mentoring legal teams.
• Expertise in arbitration or cross-border disputes is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-pressure cases.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, real estate, or technology sectors is an advantage.
