Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the company's treasury operations, liquidity management, crypto asset monitoring, and strategic financial decision-making. This role combines financial analysis, treasury operations, crypto market intelligence, and business analytics to ensure efficient management of digital and fiat assets across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, understands financial markets and cryptocurrency ecosystems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Treasury & Financial Analysis
• Monitor and analyze company liquidity positions across fiat and cryptocurrency balances.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity projections.
• Support the management of crypto asset allocations, conversions, and settlement processes.
• Track exchange rates, crypto market movements, and treasury-related risks.
• Analyze transaction volumes, payment flows, and treasury performance metrics.
• Assist in optimizing capital allocation and treasury efficiency across markets.
• Monitor banking, payment provider, and exchange partner performance.
• Support reconciliation processes between wallets, exchanges, banking partners, and internal systems.
• Crypto Operations & Market Intelligence
• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends, blockchain ecosystem developments, and regulatory updates.
• Analyze digital asset liquidity, trading volumes, and market opportunities.
• Conduct research on stablecoins, payment infrastructure, custody solutions, and crypto-related financial products.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations for management.
• Support treasury-related crypto transactions and operational processes.
• Business Analysis & Reporting
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to treasury and operational performance.
• Analyze business performance data and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and analytical reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Risk & Compliance Support
• Identify and assess treasury, liquidity, operational, and market risks.
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements related to treasury operations.
• Assist in developing internal controls and treasury governance processes.
• Monitor exposure limits and ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Financial Analysis, Banking, Fintech, Payments, Cryptocurrency, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury management, and cash flow analysis.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, wallets, and blockchain-based payment systems.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and transform them into actionable business insights.
• Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, trading, or crypto companies.
• Knowledge of treasury management principles and liquidity planning.
• Understanding of stablecoins, OTC operations, digital asset custody, and crypto payment infrastructure.
• Experience working with multi-currency and international financial operations.
