Job description

Bluebird Care – Where You Change Lives

Love a challenge? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? Get a strange sense of satisfaction from solving rota puzzles?

Perfect. We’re looking for you!

At Bluebird Care, we do not cut corners. We do not settle for average. We deliver outstanding care in people’s homes, and behind every exceptional Care professional is an exceptional Care Coordinator making it all happen.

This is not a sit-back-and-coast office job. This is a fast-paced, people-powered, problem-solving role where every day matters.

What You’ll Get

Alongside a starting salary of £27500 per year, you’ll receive:

  • MOT paid each year
  • Company smartphone
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Birthday off
  • Paid sickness and compassionate leave
  • Company pension
  • Company-paid health scheme
  • Ongoing training and real career progression
  • A genuinely supportive leadership team

And you’ll be part of a company that is proud of the difference we make in our local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the engine room of our service.

  • Building and managing rotas that keep continuity strong
  • Matching the right Care Professional to the right customer
  • Handling last-minute changes with calm confidence
  • Supporting local Marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Using our systems to monitor allocations and travel, reducing overheads where possible
  • Working closely with the leadership team to keep standards high
  • Making sure every customer receives the safe, premium care they deserve

When something changes, you respond. When something needs solving, you solve it. When a family needs reassurance, you help deliver it.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in domiciliary care
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • High standards and attention to detail

Most importantly, you care about quality.

Why Bluebird Care?

Because we believe home is where life happens. Because families deserve peace of mind. Because care should be exceptional, not rushed.

If you want a role where your work has real impact, where your decisions shape someone’s day, and where no two days are ever the same, we want to hear from you.

Ready to coordinate something that truly matters? Apply now.
