The Role

You will drive enterprise customer acquisition , from outbound to close. You won't just be "selling software"; you will be identifying the industry's most expensive, fragmented "unsolvable" problems and partnering with customers to solve them with clear ROI case for the customers.

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and convert high-value leads into stable ARR by targeting the "high-value" customer segments
  • Outcome-based Sales: Partner with customers to transition from their manual, service-heavy customer workflows to high-margin automated outcomes, moving beyond simple "per-seat" models to capture the true value of the service-as-software model
  • Commercial Narrative: Design compelling ROI narratives that translate complex agentic features into quantified business cases, proving hard-ROI to executive decision-makers
  • Bridge Product and Sales: Translate prospect pain points into product requirements, ensuring our agentic AI solves the "last-mile" problems that traditional SaaS ignores
  • Account Strategy: Develop market and account-specific "land and expand" blueprint

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic Sales Experience: 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development or GTM, incl. securing significant enterprise agreements within highly consultative environments
  • Consultative Background: Consultative sales experience, incl. working in a technology consulting and professional services company, focused on manufacturing, industrial equipment or capital projects
  • Value-Based Mindset: You understand how to price and sell the automation of complex workflows rather than just per-seat subscriptions
  • Systems Thinker: You view the sales cycle as part of a larger technical engine and can navigate the friction between bespoke client needs and scalable product development
  • Industry Experience: Proven ability to build high-trust relationships in the construction or industrial sectors
