The Open Home Foundation (OHF) is a Christian Community Response and has a vision that every child and young person has the opportunity to grow up in a secure, loving family and receive a depth of care which will bless them throughout their lives.
The Open Home Foundation is seeking a part-time Foster Parent Recruiter to join our Taranaki Service Centre. This position is 10 hours per week. The role is primarily work from home, with a requirement to come into the office in New Plymouth regularly to meet with the manager and team. Flexibility required with hours.
The successful person will have the following
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Marketing knowledge and skills and/or a relevant qualification
- The ability to work alone and also as part of a team.
- The ability to develop and outwork project plans.
- To work weekends & evenings as required
- An in-depth understanding of how the role recognizes the special relationship between Maori and Tauiwi and has a strong empathy with the organization’s special character.
- A full New Zealand driver's license is essential.
- An alignment with the Open Home Foundation’s Christian Kaupapa.
