Product Designer (UX/UI, Data-heavy Web Apps)

We are looking for a Product Designer to join an expanding international design team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced aeronautical data production solutions used by both internal stakeholders and external clients. These tools support the configuration, execution, and monitoring of critical data systems that ensure the safe and efficient operation of global aviation.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong user-focused mindset who is comfortable working across the entire product lifecycle-from early discovery to final delivery. You enjoy tackling complex challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying modern tools, including AI-supported workflows, to enhance both the design process and the end-user experience.

As one of the first designers in the Poland-based team, you will have a high level of ownership and independence while remaining closely connected to a distributed, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive and high-quality web application experiences
• Participate in all stages of the design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage data insights, research findings, and AI-supported tools to guide design decisions and speed up iteration
• Identify design challenges and proactively suggest effective solutions
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and uncover improvements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system
• Engage in feedback sessions and design reviews to continuously improve outcomes
• Support team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiative

Ideal candidate profile

• At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering digital products
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• A portfolio showcasing your design approach, process, and measurable impact
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Experience working on complex, data-driven products, ideally within regulated or specialized industries such as healthcare or finance
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma
• Solid understanding of web application design, particularly in Angular or React environments
• Experience with user research techniques such as interviews and usability testing
• Familiarity with AI tools that support and enhance design workflows
