Financial institutions depend on accurate and well-governed market data to operate effectively. Many struggle with fragmented systems, rising vendor costs, and increasing regulatory pressure. BIQH Financial Data Services helps them regain control.
We are looking for a Junior Service Delivery Manager (Graduate) who is eager to start their career in fintech and client delivery. You will be part of the business team at BIQH and, for our existing customers, be one of the faces of our company. You will support customers during the implementation of our Market Data Platform and work closely with experienced Service Delivery Managers and the development team.
In this role, you will learn how to work with clients, understand their needs, and translate those into practical solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both technology and customer delivery within a fast-growing fintech scale-up.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, structured, proactive, and motivated to grow in a client-facing, tech-driven environment.
What you will be responsible for
- Supporting the successful implementation of the BIQH Market Data Platform for clients
- Assisting in gathering, documenting, and translating customer business requirements into practical solutions
- Helping guide customers through onboarding and implementation activities
- Supporting product demonstrations and presales activities together with Business Development Managers
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer questions during implementation and delivery
- Tracking implementation progress and supporting reporting throughout delivery projects
- Working in a role that combines approximately 60% technical activities and 40% customer-facing responsibilities
- Gaining hands-on experience with APIs and databases
- Contributing to internal processes, documentation and company professionalization initiatives
- Learning about and supporting compliance activities related to standards such as ITIL, ISO27001, SOC2 and DORA
