Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Commerce team in Belgium !

The position

As Account Manager at CM.com, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients in the Belgian market. Your focus is on building lasting relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring clients get maximum value from the full CM.com platform: messaging channels (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Email and more) combined with engagement software and Agentic AI.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you balance commercial ownership with genuine client support.

What you will do

Our story began with SMS and it still represents our largest global footprint. The market is moving fast, away from SMS-only communication towards richer, more interactive, multi-channel conversations. CM.com brings all major channels together in one platform: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Viber, Instagram & Facebook Messenger, Apple Messages for Business, WeChat, Line and Telegram.

Every year, billions of messages travel through our systems, from Randstad and Touring Wegenhulp, to email gateways powering global marketing campaigns, and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive. But channels alone are only half the story.

The real differentiator is what happens on top of them. CM.com's Engage layer is where channels become experiences. HALO, our Agentic AI, connects to a Customer Data Platform that actually knows who your customer is, a Marketing platform that acts on it, and a Customer Service platform that never loses the thread. When all of that works together, businesses stop reacting and start anticipating. That's the story you'll be bringing to life with your clients.

In the first 12 months, you will

Take ownership of a portfolio of existing Belgian clients and grow it. You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deepen stakeholder relationships up to C-level, and make sure clients are getting real value from what they've already invested in.

Work closely with client s across diverse industries. You'll support and develop accounts in sectors like E-Commerce, Tech & Media, Logistics, Finance, Telco, Utilities, and Government, helping them adopt new channels and platform capabilities to stay ahead.

Serve as a trusted advisor . You'll combine commercial drive with a support mindset: proactively flagging opportunities, resolving challenges, and connecting clients to the right people and solutions within CM.com .

Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling . You'll identify opportunities to deepen platform adoption, including conversational messaging and Agentic AI, and use tools like Claude Cowork to work smarter yourself.

Help shape how this role will look a year from now . This is a dynamic role with room to contribute to how we build out our Belgian client base and commercial approach.

That’s why you ideally have

A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.

A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships with a commercial edge.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with a practical and client-first mindset.

Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Tech, or AI industries is a strong plus.

A track record of managing or growing accounts in B2B environments.

Roughly 3 to 4 years of relevant commercial or account management experience.

Full professional fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

A permanent work and residence permit for Belgium.
