About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join a strategic initiative within the Energy & Utilities sector. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving application architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with business needs.

You’ll collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to design architecture solutions, promote best practices, and drive innovation in a complex and fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and present logical architecture solutions for high-impact strategic initiatives
• Define and specify APIs and identify opportunities for new applications or microservices
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and the organization’s reference application architecture
• Contribute to and enforce architecture governance principles
• Drive adoption of security standards and architectural guidelines
• Produce clear and structured architectural documentation
• Support stakeholders with solution validation and decision-making
• Promote innovation by leveraging modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices)

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in collaborative and global environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Commitment to high-quality delivery standards
• Experience in strategic projects

• Solid understanding of application architecture patterns and artifacts
• Experience aligning business requirements with enterprise architecture frameworks
• Knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence (preferred)
• Experience with microservices architecture and modern technology trends
• Knowledge of architecture governance practices
• Any architecture certification (Microsoft, Cloud, etc.) is a plus

• English (mandatory)
• Portuguese and/or Spanish (valued)

Nice to Have

• Experience in Client Solutions domain, especially within Utilities
