Job Description

As Manager Sustainable Healthcare Engagements , you turn Philips’ sustainability ambition into tangible impact for healthcare customers. You work hands-on with healthcare providers, systems, and internal business teams to design and deliver projects that accelerate sustainable healthcare. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action: facilitating customer workshops, translating data into insights, shaping concrete propositions, and driving solutions that can be scaled across regions. You operate at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and delivery, contributing directly to Philips’ 2030 Impact targets.

Your role:
  • Lead customer-facing sustainability engagements with healthcare providers, business and regions, including develop sustainability marketing assets.
  • Support competitor benchmarking and marketing assets.
  • Support tender requests on sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across businesses, regions, and functions to align sustainability priorities with commercial, innovation, and operational objectives. 
  • Standardize and continuously improve our customer insights, sustainability engagements and tender support, including tools and processes.
  • Empower marketing and sales to further operationalize sustainability e.g. through customer stories.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.

You're the right fit if you have the following experience and skills:

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sustainability, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Product Engineering, Business Transformation or related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in sustainability, consulting, healthcare strategy, analytics, or innovation development.
    • Demonstrated consultancy experiences and stakeholder management in engaging with senior leaders
    • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
    • Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution, translating ambition into practical and scalable solutions
    • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to work with complex datasets, perform modeling and scenario analysis, and translate data into actionable insights 
    • Proficient in AI and digital tools to generate insights, automate workflows, and optimize processes
    • Deep understanding of sustainability topics including decarbonization and circular economy
    • Proven ability to execute and lead cross-functional projects across markets, business units, and digital teams
    • Entrepreneurial, innovation-driven mindset with strong focus on measurable outcomes.
