Boeing Global Services is seeking a Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to support Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 Scheduling within the Commercial Modifications Group. Position is located in Long Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

• Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

• Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

• Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

• Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)

• 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills

• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience building schedules from scratch

• Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems

• Experience conducting data analysis with Excel

• Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology

• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, etc.)

Summary pay range: $101,150 – $136,850
