In this hands‑on technical role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our systems are secure, optimised and performing reliably - supporting teams across health, aged care and community services.
You’ll work across both operational support and project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors and platform teams to enhance system capability and deliver continuous improvement across our digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain and enhance enterprise applications and digital platforms to meet business and strategic needs.
Provide technical expertise to support system performance, integration and optimisation.
Manage application configuration, security, user access and compliance requirements.
Lead and support system upgrades, releases, testing and change management activities.
Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements and implementations.
Troubleshoot incidents and provide timely resolution of application and platform issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and managed service providers to maintain system performance.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and standards.
Support system integration and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased system capability.
Support disaster recovery, backup processes and business continuity planning.
Monitor technology trends and provide informed technical recommendations.
Manage incidents, service requests and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Participate in on‑call support as required.
What you will bring:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Strong experience supporting enterprise applications, systems and data environments.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver practical solutions.
Experience with technologies such as Azure, SQL, APIs, SaaS platforms, XML, ServiceNow, Atlassian and Microsoft 365.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
Experience with project delivery or change initiatives (desirable).
