Job Description We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Support Representative to join our high-performance Sales Support Team. This back-end sales support role is focused on streamlining workflows for U.S. and U.K.-based Sales Consultants and Account Executives. You will be responsible for CRM data management, lead qualification, marketing coordination, report generation, and administrative support for ongoing campaigns and client initiatives. This role is crucial in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of our sales pipeline by ensuring data integrity, monitoring client communications, and executing key sales operations functions. Related Job Titles: BDR | Sales Support Specialist | Marketing Support Coordinator | Sales and Marketing Assistant | Business Development Support | Client Support Representative Requirements Minimum Qualifications Key Responsibilities Sales & CRM Support Update and manage records in Salesforce CRM, including Leads, Contacts, and Accounts Ensure CRM data accuracy to support effective sales forecasting and pipeline visibility Track and respond to inbound inquiries from web, email, and LinkedIn Assign and endorse qualified leads to Sales Consultants based on lead distribution rules Lead Generation & Research Conduct contact discovery and research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. Build and maintain lead lists for targeted outbound campaigns. Identify new contacts within existing accounts and gather verified information. Administrative & Marketing Support Monitor sales inboxes and ensure timely responses to incoming emails Provide administrative support for proposal development and campaign tracking Assist with internal project coordination and data reporting for executive leadership Maintain real-time records of project statuses and deliverables for Sales Executives Sales Communication Support Organize and filter executive email accounts to improve focus and responsiveness. Accept inbound calls when the primary Small Business Solutions (SBS) team is unavailable. Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing and project management teams.
