Job Summary: To manage strategic client accounts, oversee complex sales opportunities, and ensure long-term relationship building with key customers. The Senior Account Manager also mentors junior account managers and contributes to high-level business development initiatives. Taskes and Responsibilities : 1. Sales & Account Operations Follow up on all ongoing and high-value deals and ensure strategic and timely closures. Lead complex sales opportunities and expand key and strategic client accounts. Own the preparation and review of large-scale quotations, renewals, and framework agreements. Oversee delivery, logistics, and execution for critical client projects. Manage escalations related to shipments, delivery delays, or vendor commitments. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and discounts directly with vendors and distributors. 2. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic and high-revenue clients. Conduct executive-level meetings and regular account review sessions. Develop long-term account plans focused on growth, renewals, and retention. Build trusted-advisor relationships with decision-makers (IT, Finance, Procurement). Lead and manage DEMO and PoC engagements for complex or strategic opportunities 3. CRM & Documentation Ensure accuracy, quality, and forecasting reliability of CRM data for assigned accounts. Analyze sales KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue projections. Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review. Guide Account Managers on proper CRM usage and documentation standards. 4. Internal Coordination & Follow-up Lead coordination with Presales, Operations, Finance, and Management for strategic deals. Act as an escalation point for internal and client-related issues. Mentor and support Account Managers in managing opportunities and client communications. Collaborate closely with sales leadership on priorities and targets. 5. Business Development & Growth Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic growth opportunities. Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with key vendors and technology partners. Contribute to improving sales processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies. Play a key role in high-level client events, executive briefings, and strategic promotions. Requirements Qualification (Education/Work Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4–6 years in B2B IT sales or account management in the Saudi market. Experience in managing sales cycles, client portfolios, and cross-functional coordination.. Strong knowledge of the company’s solution areas: Data Centers, Microsoft Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking. Solid understanding of the Saudi medium-sized business market. Strong, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Arabic and English. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
