Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Content Creation: Craft, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories, across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create all the content yourself. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Requirements Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and current trends. Familiarity with influencer collaborations or partnership coordination is a plus. Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an added advantage. Basic video editing skills or familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and trend-driven content ideas. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently. Analytical thinking with an interest in tracking performance metrics and improving strategies.
