Zoho CRM Developer

We are looking for a Zoho CRM Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, backend logic, or application coding. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions to support business operations, automation, and integrations. Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, validation rules, and business logic. Maintain and enhance existing Zoho CRM implementations. Automation & Process Improvement Implement workflow rules, blueprints, assignment rules, and approval processes. Optimize CRM processes to improve sales, marketing, and customer service efficiency. Integration & Backend Support Assist in integrating Zoho CRM with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks. Support backend data synchronization and system integrations. Work with Zoho products such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Analytics (preferred). Testing & Support Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of CRM customizations. Provide technical support and resolve CRM-related issues. Ensure data accuracy, security, and system reliability. Documentation & Collaboration Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM customizations and integrations. Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Requirements Technical Skills 1–3 years of experience in Zoho CRM development, CRM platforms, or backend development. Knowledge of Deluge scripting. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts. Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or backend technologies is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
