Systems Manager
Job description
Majid Trading is seeking a Systems Manager to manage and maintain its digital infrastructure—including WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores, Zoho applications, and POS integrations. This role is hands-on and operations-focused, ideal for someone who can troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing systems that power day-to-day business activities. You’ll work alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure these systems are always reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. While development skills are important, the emphasis is on system stability, maintenance, integration, and user support. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain company websites (WordPress/WooCommerce) to ensure uptime, speed, and functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users across Zoho, POS, and website platforms. Maintain and update Zoho systems (CRM, Inventory, Books, Creator), adjusting workflows, automation, and user roles as needed. Ensure system integrations (e.g., POS to Inventory, CRM to Email Marketing) are functioning and data is syncing properly. Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational pain points and implement improvements. Perform regular backups, plugin/module updates, and monitor server/cPanel performance. Assist in managing domain, SSL, email deliverability, and hosting configurations. Develop and maintain internal technical documentation and user guides. Support minor web development tasks (e.g., page layout, form customization, product feeds). Requirements Technical Experience : 1–3 years in software development, particularly with web development, CMS , POS and e-commerce systems Zoho Stack: Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books – customization and integration Web Development : PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS/JS; WordPress, WooCommerce, plugin development API Integration: Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs, webhooks, payment gateway integrations System Integration: Familiarity with POS or ERP systems, inventory/order sync processes Tools & Platforms: Familiar with Git/GitHub, Linux servers, cPanel/Plesk, cloud hosting platforms Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, focus on detail, excellent communication, project-oriented mindset Education: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field Bonus: Experience with Zoho analytics, dashboard reporting, or mobile app development using Zoho Creator Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity to shape systems for a leading electronics retailer Professional growth through certifications and skill-building Employee Bonuses Supportive and collaborative work environment
