Accountant

Summary: This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless daily operations through meticulous transaction management, cash handling, and system upkeep. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial processes. By maintaining the Odoo (ERP) platform and supporting end-to-end invoice processing, the individual plays a key role in sustaining financial integrity and operational continuity. This position is essential for timely payments, proper inventory tracking, and accurate reporting across departments. Responsibilities: Input daily financial transactions—including invoices, expenses, and receipts—into the accounting system with precision and consistency. Prepare and submit formal requests for daily operational cash, ensuring all requests are properly authorized and documented. Securely manage and disburse daily operational cash to authorized personnel, verifying all receipts and supporting documentation. Maintain and update the Odoo (ERP) platform on a daily basis, ensuring all modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting) are accurate and synchronized. Support end-to-end invoice processing by verifying purchase orders against receipts and monitoring aging reports to ensure timely payments and collections. Lead or assist in the monthly physical count of office inventory and operational supplies to ensure accurate stock records.
