Job description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through marketing-led strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and identifying and closing new business and partnership opportunities. This individual will build and manage sales and marketing funnels ensuring a consistent flow of qualified prospects for both retail and corporate offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales conversion, marketing-driven revenue, and pipeline management, with experience in the media economy being an advantage. They should be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives. Responsibilities: Own revenue generation from all our offerings Build and manage funnels that convert audiences to paying clients (retail and corporates) Plan and execute campaigns that generate leads, drive sales, and grow revenue Create and manage commercial assets: pitch decks, proposals, landing pages, offers Align content and media strategy to revenue goals, ensuring every major campaign or program has measurable outcomes Support pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy for media-led products and services Track key performance metrics: revenue, leads, conversion rates, and ROI Identify new monetisation opportunities for products Requirements 5+ years in revenue-generating roles (business development, sales, partnerships) in education, media, digital products or professional services Proven media monetisation and B2B sales experience Track record selling learning programs, sponsorships, or content partnerships Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation Comfortable using data and metrics to track performance and optimise results Strong communication, project management, and coordination skills Ability to work independently, execute, and build systems for scale Strong commercial instincts, systems thinking, and process discipline Self-sufficient operator comfortable in lean, fast-paced environment Benefits 1.
