Summary: This role provides high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. By supporting the CEO in both day-to-day responsibilities and long-term projects, this position plays a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and organizational success. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments. Plan and organize travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and brand consistency. Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding new employees and interns, and coordinating training programs. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies. Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and presentation development. Coordinate office requisitions, facilities maintenance, and liaison with the accounts department. Support strategic projects through market research, data compilation, and analysis. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and track project progress, identifying and resolving potential delays. Plan and execute company events, conferences, and executive meetings, including venue, catering, and AV logistics. Manage event invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up communications.
