Summary: The Sales and BD Associate plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence, with a focused emphasis on the technology sector. This position is responsible for end-to-end sales execution, from identifying high-potential prospects to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. By leveraging market insights and strategic outreach, the associate contributes directly to achieving organisational sales targets and advancing the organisation’s footprint in emerging technology and AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new clients, emerging trends, and opportunities within the technology and AI integration space Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads across the product portfolio Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects and initiate conversations Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs Lead the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, negotiation, and deal closure Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to align go-to-market strategies and enhance offering relevance Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track pipeline progress, and provide regular performance reports Cultivate long-term client relationships to support retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility
