Summary: The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO’s office by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities with discretion. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, supporting business decision-making through research, documentation, and communication. With strong digital fluency, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to confidentiality, the Executive Assistant contributes directly to executive efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and the company’s overall growth. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes. Conduct online research and compile data to support business decisions. Assist in monitoring and managing the CEO’s social media platforms and online presence. Draft, review, and respond to emails, correspondence, and business communications. Organize and maintain digital and physical records, documents, and files. Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks. Utilize productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital platforms. Provide basic IT support coordination and troubleshoot common technology-related issues. Track meeting action items and ensure follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative process improvements. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive matters. Support event planning, company activities, and special projects as assigned. Stay updated on digital trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices.
