Summary: The Program Officer plays a vital role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities across assigned locations. This position ensures that programme objectives are met through effective implementation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The officer serves as a key link between field operations and central programme management, fostering stakeholder engagement, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and contributing to the development of proposals and funding applications. By maintaining accurate records, documenting outcomes, and sharing lessons learned, the Program Officer helps drive programme impact and sustainability. Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the implementation of programme activities across assigned locations Collect, manage, and maintain accurate programme data and records for reporting and learning Conduct field visits, engage with participants, and support programme monitoring and evaluation efforts Facilitate training sessions, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen programme delivery Document programme activities, success stories, and key lessons learned for internal and external communication Assist in developing project proposals, concept notes, and funding applications to support resource mobilization
