Summary: The IT Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling innovative technology solutions and high-impact corporate training programs across key industries in Lagos, Nigeria. This position requires a strategic, client-focused professional who can effectively bridge technical expertise with business consulting to deliver tailored solutions that address organizational challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets in both IT products—such as SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, AI, IoT, and automation—and management training services including CITN preparation, leadership, finance, and sector-specific programs. By aligning technology and training offerings with client needs, the Sales Executive will contribute significantly to the company’s market expansion and long-term success. Responsibilities: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in IT solutions and customized training programs. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and market research. Expand market presence across sectors including banking, oil & gas, FMCG, healthcare, education, and government by tailoring solutions to client-specific needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, SMEs, and key decision-makers. Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to recommend optimal IT and training solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs. Negotiate contract terms and close deals while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Collaborate with technical teams, training managers, and program leads to ensure solution accuracy and client alignment. Provide timely sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and actionable market insights to senior management. Partner with marketing to refine go-to-market strategies for IT solutions and training services.
