This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual eager to grow in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will play a key role in building and sustaining a vibrant, inclusive, and high-impact community by leading communication strategies, supporting facilitators and mentors, and driving engagement initiatives that foster talent development and program success. Your efforts will directly contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of Grazac’s academy programs, ensuring participants remain motivated, connected, and equipped for long-term growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community management, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement while shaping the culture of innovation and collaboration at Grazac. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for community inquiries via Slack, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt, professional, and empathetic responses.
