Engineer, Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineer to join our Operations team at LogicLadder. Operations ensures accurate, compliant, and scalable implementation of the sustainability platform across client organizations, enabling: End-to-end ESG data lifecycle management Regulatory-compliant reporting (BRSR, GRI, CDP, TCFD, etc.) Seamless onboarding of client systems, sites, and users High data reliability for decision-making and disclosures It is the bridge between product capability, client reality, and regulatory expectations. Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, including responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions Conduct quality assurance testing on new software releases and updates to ensure product reliability and performance Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on the effective use of The Sustainability Cloud Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate the software platform with customers' existing systems and workflows Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for product improvement and enhanced user experience Document and maintain detailed technical knowledge base and support resources. Key Skill: Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and cross-functional teams Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, quality assurance, or system integration role, preferably in the software or sustainability industry Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support and training Hands-on experience with software implementation, integration, and troubleshooting Good to have: Experience with cloud-based software platforms and enterprise-level applications Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, and environmental management systems.
