Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Engineer for our Channel Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting the target and, driving revenue growth through channel partners, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communications skills, and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing channel sales. Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and target segment to better serve the clients. Provide support and training to partners to ensure success Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts Prepare, Deliver & Demonstrate Sales Presentations and Product Portfolios at varied levels of the Customer's End. Provide in-depth technical expertise on our products to partners, enabling them to effectively position and sell our solutions. New customer development mainly OEM & VAR Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and customers Contribute to the development of channel partner enablement materials, such as training guides, technical documentation, and sales collateral. Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase LogicLadder's solutions and build brand awareness. Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute on sales opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including system integrators, consulting firms, and technology providers Requirements Bachelor's degree in B Tech, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in SAAS/ product sales, B2B product/software is required Proven experience as a Channel Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or in a similar technical sales role. Strong background in Channel management and successful collaboration with third-party organizations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in the technology industry, preferably in software or hardware solutions. Deep understanding of the technical aspects of LogicLadder products, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. A customer-centric mindset, ensuring that Channel activities align with the best interests of the end customer. Ability to efficiently use and maintain data in company CRMs. Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively. A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer Knowledge of IIOT, Industry 4.0 & Digitization. Good to have : Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges in partnership engagements. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. Capability to analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Ability to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that benefit both parties.
