Job description
HR Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Maintain confidentiality of HR data at all times. Admin Responsibilities: Assist in daily office administrative tasks. Handle documentation, filing, and data entry. Support the procurement of office supplies and ensure availability of required materials. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners. Assist in managing office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility-related tasks. Help in organizing meetings, events, and other office activities. Requirements Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (BBA HR, MBA HR preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Benefits Hands-on exposure to HR and Admin functions.
