Job Purpose: To support procurement operations by maintaining vendor communications, tracking delivery documentation, and securing rapid, competitive raw material quotes to empower the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Coordination: Communicate daily with partners in China, Korea, Thailand, and global regions. Price Negotiation: Solicit best-price quotes from established vendor networks for polymers and plastic raw materials. Sales Enablement: Relay finalised pricing information swiftly to internal sales divisions to secure commercial deals. Documentation Management: Compile, organize, and archive shipping, customs, and purchasing records for internal audits. Reporting: Deliver regular pipeline, tracking, and documentation updates directly to the Unit Head. Order Tracking: Monitor international shipment statuses to proactively flag potential logistics delays. Requirements Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or international trade support roles. Skills: Strong written communication, sharp numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel.
