Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Own Freyr Energy's brand narrative across all consumer-facing touchpoints — digital, on ground, and retail partnerships. Develop annual brand calendars aligned with business goals, seasonal demand cycles, and competitive moments. Drive consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across regions and channels. Campaign Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end campaign development — from brief to execution — across ATL, BTL, and digital. Manage agencies (creative, media, PR) with clear briefs, timelines, and accountability frameworks. Design consumer promotions, referral programs, and channel partner activation initiatives. Digital & Social Marketing Oversee the brand's presence on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and the company website. Guide the content strategy team to produce platform-native content that builds awareness and drives leads. Analyse platform performance metrics and translate them into actionable content and media decisions. Market Intelligence & Growth Conduct regular marketing gap analyses — identifying underserved customer segments, messaging opportunities, and competitor white spaces. Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing with pipeline and conversion targets. Lead market research, consumer surveys, and competitor benchmarking exercises. Team & Stakeholder Leadership Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals including interns and executives along with GM- Marketing. Report on marketing ROI, brand health metrics, and campaign performance to senior leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, agencies and partner teams. Requirements What We're Looking For Experience & Education 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a retail brand. Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns with measurable business outcomes. Should have prior team management experience MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a recognised institution preferred. Skills Strong command of brand strategy, campaign management, and consumer behaviour
