Job description
Job Purpose: The Operations Analyst will support the Head of India SSC in driving operational performance, process coordination, governance, and reporting across the Shared Service Center. This role will help improve operational visibility, support execution of key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain reporting structures needed to support the SSC's rapid growth and long-term scalability. The role will partner closely with SSC functional leaders and global stakeholders to track performance trends, improve reporting consistency, and help identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Process Coordination & Support: · Partner with functional teams to document processes and support standardization efforts across SSC functions · Assist in identifying process inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and operational improvement opportunities · Support initiatives related to scaling, transitions, governance, workforce planning, and service delivery KPI & Operational Reporting: · Develop, maintain, and continuously improve KPI reporting across SSC functions, including productivity, utilization, quality, volume, turnaround time, and operational performance metrics · Consolidate operational data across functions into structured reporting and summaries · Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and proactively flag operational risks, bottlenecks, or areas requiring management attention · Support development of dashboards, trackers, and reporting frameworks to improve operational visibility across the SSC Stakeholder Coordination: · Coordinate with SSC functional leaders, regional stakeholders, and global teams to support reporting, operational initiatives, and issue resolution · Help drive accountability and follow-through across operational work streams · Support cross-functional communication and alignment across teams operating in multiple regions and time zones Requirements Required Qualifications: · 3–5 years of experience in operations, shared services, or similar analytical roles · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field · Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to organize and synthesize data into clear and actionable reporting · Ability to work independently in fast-paced and evolving environments · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or cross-functional work streams preferred
