About the Role ITP Live is seeking a highly driven and commercially aware Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Beirut office. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role supporting regional campaigns across the UAE and KSA, requiring strong ownership, agility, and deep familiarity with the GCC creator landscape. This position sits at the intersection of creative strategy and operational delivery. You will be responsible for sourcing influencers, managing outreach, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining strong creator relationships while supporting commercial growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities Regional Influencer Campaign Execution Support and execute influencer campaigns across UAE and KSA markets. Lead influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and coordination. Build and maintain strong creator relationships across multiple verticals. Oversee content timelines, posting schedules, and deliverables. Manage evolving briefs and fast turnaround timelines with efficiency and clarity. Influencer Assessment & Analytics Use influencer assessment tools to analyze engagement, authenticity, audience demographics, and performance metrics. Monitor posting compliance, engagement quality, and campaign ROI. Provide structured performance reporting and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Commercial & Proposal Development Collaborate with commercial teams to pitch influencer marketing services to brands. Develop compelling campaign proposals and decks. Translate client objectives into strategic influencer-led solutions. Workflow & Cross-Team Coordination Operate between creative and operational workflows, ensuring seamless communication between influencers, clients, and internal teams. Troubleshoot campaign challenges proactively. Maintain responsiveness and accountability throughout campaign lifecycle. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience at scale (agency or media background preferred). Strong exposure to sourcing influencers within the GCC creator landscape. Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across various verticals. Technical familiarity with influencer marketing and analytics tools. Experience building proposals and pitching influencer solutions to brands. Strong understanding of engagement metrics, creator performance, and audience analysis.
