Provide expert advice and assistance on visa documentation requirements for Schengen, Asia, and African countries. Ensure timely submission and processing of visa applications. Maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and partners to facilitate visa approvals. Handle visa appointment scheduling and application tracking. Stay updated on the latest visa policies, regulations, and requirements. Assist clients with travel-related documents, including letters of invitation, cover letters, and financial statements. Address and resolve any visa-related issues or inquiries professionally. Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and handle urgent requests. Maintain accurate records of client applications and visa statuses. Requirements IATA Foundation Diploma is preferred. Strong knowledge of visa documentation and processing for Schengen, Asia, and African countries. Established relationships with embassies, consulates, and travel partners is an advantage. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple applications simultaneously. University graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred). Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
