We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Growth Lead with deep expertise in B2B, corporate, and affiliate travel business development. This role is pivotal in scaling our tech-enabled travel solutions, leading sales-driven growth initiatives, and driving strategic partnerships in the travel and tourism ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM platforms, data analytics, and demonstrated leadership of growth and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Design and lead the growth strategy for B2B/corporate travel, affiliate channels, and partner ecosystems. Manage a cross-functional team comprising sales, CRM analysts, and client success professionals. Define and track key KPIs across sales funnels, customer retention, and revenue growth. Tech & Data-Driven Growth Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities. Drive data-backed decision-making, from lead generation to conversion optimization. Implement automation and personalization at scale across sales and engagement touchpoints. Business Development & Sales Enablement Lead enterprise-level negotiations with corporate travel buyers, affiliate platforms, and channel partners. Foster strategic partnerships with TMCs, OTAs, airlines, and aggregators. Optimize sales processes and ensure high-performance across business acquisition teams. Market & Customer Intelligence: Monitor travel industry trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust growth plans. Work closely with product/tech teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, growth, or business development roles within the travel and tourism sector, especially in B2B, corporate, or affiliate channels. Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales operations, and customer data platforms. Proven experience in managing high-performing sales/growth teams. Deep knowledge of corporate travel procurement, affiliate partnerships, and sales cycles. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred). Preferred Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinker with experience working with sales dashboards and revenue modeling. Experience working in tech-driven or SaaS-enabled travel ecosystems is a plus.
