Responsibilities Call and qualify leads from growth associate Book and confirm appointments for presentations Maintain CRM records and follow-up notes Meet calling and appointment targets Key Competencies & Skills Excellent phone communication and professionalism Objection handling and persuasive selling Consistency and organizational skills Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) Requirements Qualifications Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Customer Service or Communication 1–2 years of outbound calling or call center experience Previous work in tele-sales, in either travel, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or services industries
