The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Input, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and systems. Verify data accuracy and correct any errors identified. Organize and manage digital files and documents. Generate reports as required by management. Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times. Assist with administrative and record-keeping tasks. Retrieve information from databases when requested. Maintain and update spreadsheets and other data management tools. Requirements Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related role is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Reliable internet connection and computer access (for remote applicants).
